Los Angeles Is at
a Crossroads

Decades of deferred leadership have pushed our city to a breaking point. The status quo is no longer an option — and Angelenos know it.

Budget Mismanagement

A structural deficit threatens city services, pensions, and our ability to invest in the future. We need fiscal leadership that's honest, transparent, and accountable.

Climate Emergency

Wildfires, extreme heat, and air quality crises are accelerating. Without decisive action today, LA's environment — and economy — faces irreversible damage.

Every day of inaction costs lives, livelihoods, and the soul of this city.
The time for bold, decisive leadership is not tomorrow — it is today.

How We Will
Transform Los Angeles

Transformation doesn't happen through slogans. It happens through rigorous planning, the right people in the right roles, and the political will to see it through.

Phase 1 — Days 1–30

Assemble & Audit

Place the right leaders in every department. Conduct a full audit of city finances, contracts, and services. Identify immediate inefficiencies and quick wins that signal a new era of accountability.

  • Appoint department heads with subject-matter expertise
  • Launch an independent fiscal audit
  • Hold community listening sessions in every council district
  • Establish a public transparency dashboard
Phase 2 — Days 31–100

Build & Execute

Move from planning to action. Launch flagship programs in housing, public safety, and infrastructure. Establish partnerships with the state, federal government, and private sector.

  • Introduce emergency housing voucher program
  • Launch the LAPD community trust initiative
  • Break ground on 10 priority infrastructure projects
  • Announce a 5-year economic development compact
Phase 3 — Month 4 Onward

Measure & Accelerate

Govern with data. Publish quarterly progress reports on every major initiative. Reward what works, fix what doesn't, and maintain relentless momentum toward a transformed Los Angeles.

  • Publish open-data performance scorecards
  • Host quarterly town halls with the Mayor
  • Scale successful pilot programs city-wide
  • Build toward a 10-year vision for a thriving LA
